Book your free automation audit

One reply, from a real person, within one business day.

What happens after you hit send

Three commitments, smallest first

The first step costs you nothing. You only sign for the next one once the current one has paid its way.

01 / Within one business day

We reply, personally

Not a templated auto-responder. The reply comes from a senior engineer, and it'll either propose audit times or tell you plainly if we're not the right fit.

02 / Within the week

30-minute audit, online

We walk through where your team's time goes and rank the jobs worth automating. You leave with the list either way, whether you engage us or not.

03 / Within 2 to 3 weeks

Optional small pilot

If something on the list earns it, we scope a single small pilot. Quoted in the audit call and locked before kickoff — in production by week 3.

The audit deliverable

What you take away, even if you don't engage us

The audit deliverable is yours. If you decide to take it to another firm, or to your in-house team, that's fine. The point is that you leave with a plan.

  • 01

A prioritised list of automation opportunities for your specific business

  • 02

Honest cost and time-saving estimates for each

  • 03

An explicit no-go list of where AI won't pay off for you yet

  • 04

Tool recommendations that fit your team and budget

FAQ / before you write

The questions we get on the first reply

Is this really free? What's the catch?
Genuinely free. The catch is that some audits end with us saying 'come back in eighteen months'. We'd rather have that conversation than sell you something that won't pay back.
What should I prepare for the call?
Nothing formal. A rough sense of where your team spends time on repetitive work is enough. We'll ask the rest.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk specifics?
Yes, before any specifics. Send your standard mutual NDA when you reply, or use ours if it's easier.
We're not in South Africa. Can you still help?
Yes. About a third of our work is for clients abroad. We adjust to your time zone for synchronous calls; everything else is async.
